These talismans were made with Mercury dignified by sign (+5) and exaltation (+4) an incredible +9. Not only are they made according to the image and the seals and sigils given by Cornelius Agrippa but these limited edition talismans were actually cast out of molten golden bronze at a precisely elected time! The Renaissance mage Cornelius Agrippa says that Mercury talismans, "render the bearer thereof gratefull, and fortunate to do what he pleaseth: it bringeth gain, and prevents poverty, conduceth to memory, understanding, and divination, and to the understanding of occult things by dreams:" Three Books of Occult Philosophy, Bk II,ch 22. The key feature of these talismans is the image of Mercury from Agrippa, TALISMAN BACK (enlarged) "... a handsome young man, bearded, having in his left hand a rod in which a serpent is twyned about, in his right carrying a dart, having his feet winged; They report that this Image conferreth knowledge, eloquence, diligence in merchandizing and gain; moreover to beget peace and concord, and to cure feavers;..." Turning to the back of the talismans, The top figure is the seal of Mercury, left is the sigil of the Spirit of Mercury, Taphthartharanth and on the right is the sigil of the Intelligence of Mercury, Tiriel. The Hebrew letters around the edges spell out Proverbs 1:6-7, "The wise and their riddles: the fear of God is the beginning of Wisdom." This quote corresponds numerically to Mercury. All in all the talismans are a wonderful example of the magical power of numbers and symbols, practical exemplars of the harmony and interconnections of all things in the Cosmos. The elected time and date is 7:24 am MDT on August 20, 2014 for Boulder, Colorado, where the talisman were cast. At this time Mercury rises. It is the planetary day and planetary hour of Mercury. Mercury is dignified by sign (+5) and exaltation an incredible (+9)!!! I am pleased to offer beautiful golden bronze talismans of Mercury. The talismans are 1 and 1/8 inches in diameter and weigh 16 grams, a bit more than a half an ounce. Golden bronze is composed of 92% copper, 4% zinc and 4% silicon. After being cast at the elected time, the talismans were then consecrated and a cord added. Each talisman comes with a color Nigel Jackson image of Mercury for mediation and visualization as well as full consecration and ritual instructions. Only a very few of these talismans were made. They are unique and the timing of their election can never be replicated.
