Cornelius Agrippa, Three Books of Occult Philosophy Bk. II, Chapter 22.
The front talisman and consecration image is of a young Queen Elizabeth I holding an apple in one hand and a comb in the other. We have chosen Elizabeth I because she epitomizes the height of English Renaissance culture: Shakespeare, Dowland, and Dee for magic and astrology. This is the supreme and sovereign Venus!
The image of a woman holding an apple and comb for Venus appears repeatedly in our traditional sources. For example, Picatrix says "The image of Venus according to the sage Beylus is the image of a woman standing on her feet, and in her right hand she holds an apple. The image of Venus according to the opinion of the sage Picatrix is the image of a woman holding an apple in her right hand and a comb in her left hand..." Picatrix, Bk II, ch 10, Greer & Warnock trans.
The Renaissance mage Cornelius Agrippa says, "They made another Image of Venus...the figure of which was a little maide with her hair spread abroad, cloathed in long and white garments, holding a Laurell Apple, or flowes in her right hand, in her left a Combe. Its reported to make men pleasant, jocand, strong, chearfull [cheerful] and to give beauty." Three Books of Occult Philosophy Bk II ch 42.
Turning to the back of the talisman we see in the middle the regal monogram of Elizabeth I, with two Venus symbols, "Gloriana" and the powers of the talisman: love, beauty and sovereignity. Truly a SUPREME Venus talisman, Venus at the height of her powers, the exquisitely elegant and beautiful Queen of her realm.
The Venus talismans were were created with the conditions shown on this chart at 12:50 pm, February 11, 2026 in Islamabad, Pakistan. These conditions are that Venus is highly dignified by exaltation (+4) triplicity (+3) and term (+2) for a SUPER +9 talisman. In addition, Venus culminates at the planetary hour of Venus.
